About Us

The Association’s goal is to provide quality representation to all members regarding their employer-employee relations with the City. The Turlock City Employees Association (TCEA) is an employee organization established for the collective benefit of City employees who are members.  Pursuant to Government Code section 3500 et. seq., TCEA is the only employee organization that the City recognizes to represent employees in job classifications represented by TCEA.
